I unleashed a Weapon of Mass Destruction. Simultaneously whooping the living shit out of everyone. My best Matrix finish ever. The best you can do in a Matrix.

Today pretty much sucked. I'm finishing negative. I learned I can't play poker where I want to anymore ie $3.30 KO tournaments, Daily Dollars, and Rush. But I found a new place to play poker. Matrix. I think I'm just gonna play Matrix tournaments for a long time. Sure, I'll do a DD here an there, but I am so sick of people sucking out on me. That's why I love Matrix. It's the same tournament 4 times over. Skill beats luck in the end.

Today I played the Big Little Tournament. It was the first BLT I ever played. I cashed for $6 in 3044th place. It was decent, but I really was shooting to go a lot deeper. I was running really good, until I chose the wrong hand to shove all in with. I had been above chip average the whole way. But the blinds got to a point, where if I didn't win a hand once each rotation, I would lose 1/5th of my stack. I thought I had found a good hand to shove, I had A9o in a middle position, but ran into AKo and JJ. Oh well.

I got a lot pocket pairs, and they all held up, which was really awesome. I got AA, KK, 66, JJ, QQ and 99 all in my first 51 hands.

That was all in my first 51 hands. That was really awesome, and a really great start. Also, I'm really happy with how I play pocket pairs on the internet now, I was really lucky to not run into a bigger pocket pair though.

That was my final hand. Upon review, and at the time, I feel I definitely misplayed it. I had a really good read on my table, if those other guys didn't have huge hands I would have taken it down; but that is the problem with the position I was in. UTG + 2, more than half the table had action after me. Bad mistake.

After the BLT, and a little more poker, I took a break for awhile. I was losing and getting mad, losing more and getting pissed. I can handle bad beats, and suckouts and pretty much anything that comes my way, but I can't handle getting sucked out on constantly. I was getting 2 outer-ed on or 3 outer-ed on left and right. I know there's lucky days, and there's just the exact opposite.

So, I got in this funk, and basically turned a 25 dollar bankroll into a 17 dollar bankroll. Then a 17 dollar bankroll into a 5 dollar bankroll. Before I busted out completely, I decided to take a break. I took about a week off, completely off the internet. During that time, went and did some bowling, partied for New Year's with a ride to my local big casino in a limo with one of the owners, then partied too hard and woke up in jail. It was pretty cool, they arrested me for Drunk In Public, but said they weren't charging me, and released me when I sobered up later on on New Year's Day.

Anyways, I got back on with what 5 bucks I had, played a couple days, hovering right around 5 bucks, then went down to about my last dollar, but I bought into this weekly league event, and got first place for like $11.50. Then went down with that, quite a bit. Bad bankroll management, and a bad day. Was down to my last 73 cents on Full Tilt, then I got second place in a $100 freeroll with 198 people, for $13.50. And thats about where I am now.
